Warrior 8 Online Coaching Programme

Achieve your fitness goals with the Warrior 8 Online Coaching Programme, designed to give you personalised support from the comfort of your own home. This 8-week programme includes everything you need to succeed: two face-to-face appointments to assess your baseline, posture, and squat ability, followed by weekly check-ins and daily support to keep you on track.

You’ll receive tailored nutrition guidance, with calories and macros calculated just for you, along with full access to our education hub, which is packed with useful worksheets and training materials. You’ll also benefit from weekly coaching calls (recorded for catch-up) and an additional session to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments along the way. Recover & Rebuild Post Natal Programme

Our 12-week postnatal programme is designed to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence after childbirth. This flexible programme is available online or through our hybrid model, allowing you to complete the sessions at home, in a gym, or with a mix of both, including 1:1 face-to-face coaching and online support. This ensures that no matter where you are in your journey, you’ll have the guidance and support you need.

The programme adapts to your body’s needs, whether you’re easing back into fitness or aiming to rebuild strength and stamina. We offer practical exercises and expert advice to help you feel better, stronger, and more confident as you recover. We also offer our Walkin Talkin Mums class, an outdoor session where you can bring your pram and your little one for a walk, talk, and exercise along the way. It’s a fun, social way to stay active while enjoying quality time with your baby.
